| Location: Factory Campus

On September 21, in order to further strengthen the factory's fire safety management and enhance the emergency response capabilities of all employees, the factory organized a fire emergency drill within the campus. The drill covered fire alarm notification, emergency evacuation, initial firefighting, and hands-on operation of firefighting equipment, aiming to integrate safety awareness into daily production through practical training.

After the drill began, as the fire alarm sounded, employees from all departments quickly evacuated along predetermined routes. Everyone bent low, covered their mouths and noses, and moved in an orderly manner to the designated assembly point. Department heads immediately counted personnel and reported up the chain. The entire process was tense but orderly, achieving the expected drill results.

Subsequently, the factory's safety management personnel explained on site the correct use of fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, smoke masks, and other firefighting equipment, and guided employees through hands-on practice. Employees took turns using fire extinguishers to extinguish simulated fire points, mastering the operating essentials of "lift, pull, grip, press." At the same time, the drill also included emergency first aid and self-rescue knowledge, helping employees make correct judgments and respond scientifically in emergency situations.

The factory manager stated that the factory consistently conducts regular fire safety training and emergency drills, continuously improving employees' safety awareness and professional quality, making every employee a participant and guardian of safe production. Through routine training, the factory not only effectively protects the lives and property of the factory and its employees, but also provides solid assurance for the safe and smooth delivery of customer orders.

Fire safety concerns not only the factory's own operations, but also whether customer orders can be completed on time, safely, and smoothly. This drill further tested the feasibility of the factory's emergency plan and the coordination capabilities of various departments, strengthening employees' response speed and handling capabilities when facing sudden fire incidents.

Next, the factory will continue to improve its fire safety management system, carry out regular hazard inspections, fire training, and emergency drills, ensuring that both safe production and order delivery are achieved, creating a safer working environment for employees and providing customers with more stable and reliable delivery assurance.
